LHD 110 V8 for sale

Beitrag von dan110 »

Sie kennen mich noch nicht, aber Ich folge dieses forum seit einige zeit.
Ich bin ein richtiges enthusiast und seit lange "EMLRA member".
Verzeihung for meines Deutsch! Ich brauche es nicht oft, es geht leichter am English:

Left Hand drive Land Rover 110 V8, mileage 120000 km. Very original but now with Michelin XZL tyres instead of XCL.
Date into service 1990 and I bought it in 1999 with a mileage of 78000 km's.
I had it road registered and have enjoyed it greatly ever since getting it.
It has led a pampered life and has been parked (but always in regular use) in a garage for the last 12 twelve years so no rust.
Waxoiled chassis, needs nothing, except some paint. I didn't paint it because I didn't want to lose the originality.
Under the paint you can see IFOR on both sides on the hard top panels.
Comes with lots of maintenance history so you can see how well it has been maintained.

Land Rover is currently located close to Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
I didn't think I'd ever sell it but I couldn't stand the temptation and have bought a Wolf 90 so now I am selling the 110.

You'll be very hard pressed to find another military 110 V8 in this condition.
They were rare to start with (almost all 110 military Land Rovers were diesel) and most will be well used by now.
Described in a Wolf Buying Guide in Land Rover Monthly of May as: "Pick of the 110s is arguably the batch of V8's delivered in 1989/1990".

More pictures on request.

Price 8500 euro or nearest offer.

A few more things to add:
Thorough maintenance has been done regularly to keep the Land Rover reliable (drove it to Beltring many times).
Things overhauled while in my possesion: ignition, camshaft, brakes, carburettors etc.
The 110 is ex British army and Left Hand Drive, it served with 7th Signal Regiment (Allied Rapid Reaction Corps) in Germany.
