Door problem

Hi everyone!

At the moment I'm working on my 'new' landy making it
ready for the Dutch Tuv.
When I bought it from Vebeg it
was missing the left striking plate, the right one was modified.
Now I bought new parts in the Uk with part numbers from the MOD
part manual, but the door doesn't close because it hits the lock.
Does anyone now what to do or knows any differences.

My 90 hasn't got the black part beneath the striking plate- I think without it, it should work.

The black part at the b-pillar is for saving your clothes and the seatbelt.

The door look is the same as mine.
I think, you need an other lock striker plate like them at my photo.

Pah- Zivilunkengedöns. Einfach weglassen, dann passt das schon
Was hast Du denn da für eine Verkleidung auf der Sitzkiste ?

Die Verkleidung sind diese sackschweren, dicken Tithonus-Gummimatten, sehr wirkunsgvoll in der Geräuschbekämpfung.

Habe ja noch keinen ohne die Matten gefahren, aber wenn die geräuschdämmend sind, dann muß der ohne ganz schön laut sein...

@Falk: Nimm die Matten mal 'raus, dann weißt Du was LAUT ist

Ich bin das Fahrzeug mit und ohne gefahren: Ohne ist's ok, klar ist er laut. Mit den Matten ist das schon fast 'n 'Ziviler, man hört sogar wenn's Telefon bimmelt.

Okay, looks like on our Dutch friends LR the cover has been fitted the wrong way around.
But that would not affect of how far the lock receiver prodrudes out into the lock.
Either remove the black cover completely, since you have the belt protector fitted around the belt anyway, or do as Falk said, get the newer anti burst lock receivers.

I've just ordered the anti burts striker plate (l and R). Hope this

Ich dachte, mein Gehör blendet nur die Frequenzen meiner Frau aus, aber irgendwie hat der Landy da doch schon mehr geschädigt
